Shopping Guideline

Registering an Account
1. Clicking on the “Register” button on the top right of the page, OR visit
2. Enter the required information in order to register your account.

Signing In/Signing Out
1. Clicking on “Login” button on the top right of the page, OR visit
2. Enter your Username and Password to proceed.

Updating your account information
1. You can update your user profile and account information at

Search Product
1. To search the products related to your car, select a Car Make, Car Model, Car Sub Model, and the Variant type. Then, click on “Search” to proceed.

Ordering Products
1. First, add an item into your cart by clicking on "Add to Cart" in the product page.
2. A pop up may appear asking for your chassis number to ensure that the product you are buying will be suitable for your car model.
3. An item will be added onto the cart on the top right of the page.

4. You can click on the red "(x)" button to remove the item you don't want to buy.
5. You can change the quantity as you wish in the cart.

Check Out & Payment
1. Once everything is done, click on “Proceed to Checkout”.
2. If you have not yet register or login into your SP2U.MY account, you will be redirected to the login page.
3. Enter your Username, and Password. Then, click on “Sign In” to proceed.

4. You will be redirected to the checkout page afterward.
5. Click on “Add a new address” to add a new shipping address, OR select an existing address you wish your items to be shipped.
6. After you have confirmed the shipping information, click on “Next”.
7. Select the payment method you wish to use, and enter the information required.
8. Make sure your items in the cart is correct before clicking on the “Make Payment” button.
9. Now the payment has been made, you can visit My Order to check the order progress.

Checking Your Order Status
1. You can visit My Order to check the order progress. Please refer to the glossary below for the meanings on all the terms used in Order Status.

Store Front Order Status
Being Processed We are processing your order.
Shipped Your order is being delivered.
Cancelled Your order is cancelled.
Failed Other unsuccessful. Please try placing your order again.
