*Shipping period depends on the courier companies. Courier companies usually manage to deliver the product within 1 to 3 working days after shipment starts. However, if delivery period falls on weekends and public holidays, shipping can take longer time.


Below is our delivery Service Level Agreement (SLA) with GD Express for parcels within our coverage areas;

  • 3 Working Days : Within Klang Valley & Peninsular Malaysia
  • 5 Working Days : East Malaysia (SABAH & SARAWAK)


*Countdown starts after the shipment has been received by our partner (courier services).

F.A.Q - Frequently Asked Questions

Once your payment is successful, we will notify our sellers. Our sellers will check and confirm their order to proceed with shipping. Once confirmed by the seller, your order status will change to 'Preparing for Shipment'. During this stage, sellers will pack your product. 

This is still 'before-shipping'. After the seller provides a tracking number, your shipping status will be updated to 'Shipping in Progress'. If sellers deliver directly to you without courier service, they can update their shipping status without having to provide a tracking number.

You can check your shipping status in User Profile > My Orders.

  1. Preparing for Shipment : Seller has yet to ship out your product.
  2. Shipping in Progress : Seller has shipped your product and it is on the way.
  3. Shipping Complete : Seller's product has arrived to your delivery address.

You can track your order(s) at User Profile > My Orders.

If you ordered multiple products from the same seller, the products will most likely arrive at the same time; If you ordered multiple products from multiple sellers in one order, then you will receive your order in separate parcels and time. 

'Shipping Delay' refers to when a seller cannot deliver your product right away. This is the seller's way of notifying buyers on the delayed shipping.

Product Non-Arrival happens when your shipping status is 'Shipping Completed' but you haven't received your product. If this happens, please contact our customer service at 03 5886 2523 or send an email to support@sp2u.my immediately.

The shipping period depends on the courier companies selected by the seller. Courier companies usually manage to deliver products within 1 to 3 working days after shipment starts. However, if the delivery period falls on weekends and public holidays, shipping can take longer time.

Unfortunately, SP2U does not support self-pick up. In order for us to best serve our customers, we need shipping to be done within our system so we can provide tracking and follow up with the item status and issues that occur.

Unfortunately, all purchases and deliveries are only within the West and East Malaysia. Shipping to East Malaysia is also subject to shipping availlibility set by sellers.
