Return Channel

Process Step 1. Please fill out the Online Return Form

Step 2. Print the return along with the Approval No / Tracking No.

If you are not able to print, please write the Return No/ Tracking No on the package. POSLAJU Staff will help to fill up the PL9 Form.

Step 3. Upload the PL9 form to SP2U for a reimbursement.

  1. You will be reimbursed through your Customer Account for any service / courier fees.
  2. Before returning goods via PosLaju, please have the Return Form ready.

General Return Policy

  1. All returns shall be initiated via Online Return Form for easy processing and tracking purposes.
  2. We are not responsible for installation errors and any labor expenses, towing expenses, or any other expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.
  3. If the good has an external warranty covered by the manufacturers, please contact the manufacturer directly to organize the return.
  4. Requirements for a Valid Return:-
    • Proof of Purchase (Order Number, Invoice, etc)
    • Bank details
    • Return Form with approval number
    • Fits one of the valid reasons and all conditions
  5. All returns that are not the direct result of SP2U's error will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
  6. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
  7. Please note that we may revise and amend our return and refund policy from time to time without prior notice. Please do check here at the Returns & Refund page at all times before you take any action for returns, claims, exchanges and refunds.
