No. after this period, the item is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty (if any). Contact the manufacturer for assistance and return after the policy coverage period. All products do not have a warranty unless otherwise stated.

You can track your order online at any time following these steps:

  1. Login to SP2U
  2. Click on "Track My Order"
  3. Click on “Logistic Details” for the order you wished to know about

If you aren’t able to track your package on the courier tracking page, your parcel was handed over to our courier partner. Tracking information from our logistic partner will be available 24 hours after shipping.Please contact us at www.sp2u.my with your order number and the item’s details if you are unable to track your parcel the following business day after the item has shipped out. We will assist you to resolve any issues you may have.

If your order status still indicates “Awaiting Payment” after you have completed the payment procedure, it is because we are still waiting for a confirmation from iPay88. Your payment should be completed within 15 minutes at most.

Upon completing the payment process, you will receive an electronic receipt via email with all the necessary transaction details.If we are experiencing high traffic volumes, you may not receive your email instantly. If your payment was made but the order status has not been updated on sp2u.my, please contact our customer service./p>

Yes, you can. If the initial payment fails, you can restart the payment process in which you can select a different payment method.

Your payment status will be indicated in the “My Order” section.

If your payment was successful, you can see the status of 'Payment Complete'.

If your payment is still in progress you will see the status of 'Awaiting Payment'.

If your payment was not updated properly or if you have further inquiries, please contact Customer Support.

No there is not. However, the product price may change if held for too long.

If you do not receive any payment confirmation, contact us immediately through email.Provide us with your order number, payment date, payment amount, and a screenshot of transaction (if required). We will get back to you as soon as possible. It is also advisable to check with your bank to ensure that the transaction was successful.

Yes. Yes, there is. The minimum you can pay with a Credit/Debit card is RM1, and the maximum is RM5,000.

If your final amount is less than RM1 due to coupons and discounts, you may pay with SP2U credit. For transactions larger than RM5,000, kindly contact SP2U for special arrangements to be made.

Shipping fees are based on the postcode received. Click on “Shipping Rate & Partner” for more details.

Sellers are able to set their shipping fees independently therefore, it depends on which sellers you buy from.

Your final shipping fee at checkout will be the sum of the individual shipping fees from each seller.

Your final shipping fee amount will be indicated clearly at checkout.

If you ordered from multiple sellers in a single order, you will receive your order in separate parcels. Each invoice will tell you what items you can expect to find inside. To ensure you have received your complete order, cross check with your invoice and the contents of your parcel.

Please contact us at www.sp2u.my/contactus if the invoice and content of your parcel do not match and we will investigate immediately.

You can also check the status of each of your items online with our Order Tracking tool.

Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule deliveries. You can try coordinating with our courier partner once the item has shipped to fir your schedule.

We regret to inform you that our courier partners do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

Those items are probably from the same merchant. Thus, only requiring a single email and tracking number.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been shipped.

You will need to sign an authorization letter indicating the person receiving your order.

You can also contact our customer service at www.sp2u.my/contactus immediately after purchasing to inform us that a third party will be receiving your order. They should be able to present a valid ID along with your authorization letter.

We regret to inform you that this is not an option.

Unfortunately, we only ship to states in Malaysia at the moment.
